All courses take place at Camp Kabeyun, in Alton Bay, New Hampshire. Meals and lodging are included in the price of all workshops. Commuting is allowed, with alternate pricing, except as noted. All meals are included, regardless of lodging option.

All courses begin at 8:30 a.m. each day, and end at 5:00 on the afternoon of the last day, at the instructor's discretion.

Wilderness First-Aid (WFA)   Includes CPR Certification
Dates: June 13-14, 2012
Tuition: $260.00 (lodging is required)

Course Description
Includes CPR. This two-day course has become the standard first-aid course for camp counselors and backcountry trip leaders. Successful completion leads to a two-year certification; recognized by the American Camping Association as meeting their first-aid requirement for staff.
Wilderness First Responder (WFR)
Dates: June 4 - 12, 2012
Tuition: $835.00 (lodging is required)

Course Description
This nine-day course goes well beyond the WFA course to examine more deeply the mechanisms of injuries and illnesses, and exploring the treatment of less common illnesses and injury encountered in the backcountry. Long-term care, decision making and improvised rescue covered in-depth. Certification is valid for three years, after which it may be renewed by taking the WFR Review or the WFA course.

Course Description
This two-day course recertifies those with current WFR certification from SOLO, WMA, WMI, and several other programs meeting our criteria. Those with certifications through distance learning programs cannot recertify through SOLO. WFR certification is good for three years.
