Register for Instructor Training Workshops

There are two ways to register for Instructor Training Workshops at Kabeyun. 

  1. If you'd like to register online and pay securely with a credit card using PayPal, complete the form below. You'll receive an instant acknowledgement of your registration by email.

    If you have any difficulty using our online registration form, please use the contact form to let us know, and we'll help to figure it out.
     
  2. If you prefer to register offline, download the registration form here. Print it, fill it out, and send it to:

    Make checks payable to "Porter Foundation". You'll receive a confirmation by e-mail, along with a statement for any balance due, if applicable.

Refund Policy
The first $50.00 is non-refundable. Request for refunds must be made in writing no later than May 10th; there are no refunds after this date. There are also no refunds is a participant fails to arrive at Kabeyun for the start of their workshop.


All participants must have a signed and dated Assumption of Risk & Waiver form on file prior to the start of their workshop. It is essential that the participant reads the entire waiver, is aware of the inherent risks associated with their course, and acknowledges their full understanding and agreement.
