PLEASE READ!
Program directors and supervisors often want to enroll their staff members(or parents, their sons and daughters) and payment sometimes needs to come from someone other than the participant.
No Problem! But please take note of the following so our communication can be clear:
- make sure to provide the participant's e-mail on the registration form - we send confirmation by e-mail, and instructors sometimes require pre-course reading
- registration forms can be sent by anyone on behalf of the participant - we can take care of the required waiver signature at the start of the course at Kabeyun
Refund Policy
The first $50.00 of each registration is non-refundable.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing. and postmarked no later than May 10.
No refund will be granted for cancellation after May 10.
No refund will be granted if an enrollee fails to show up for a workshop.

Lodging
Lodging begins the night before the start of the course, except as noted, and ends the night before the last day. Commuter prices are allowed as noted in the workshop listings. Our cabins are rustic and comfortable; bathroom facilities are close to each cabin. Participants will need to provide their own bedding, or sleeping bag, and towels. Each cabin will house up to 8 participants. Additional nights may be purchased at an additional cost. Please bring a flashlight; we’re in the woods and the night is dark.
Meals
Meals begin with breakfast on the first day of the course, and end with lunch on the last day, served family style in our dining hall. We can accommodate lacto-ovo vegetarians. Please indicate your preference on the registration form. Extra meals can be purchased at an additional cost. All meals are included in the tuition, regardless of lodging option.
